African Trustworthiness in RCR-sSOS

Africa has to become entrusted if it has to succeed and believe in such in case of cooperation and stabilization.
To make Africa entrusted, corrupt and unauthorized networks including smine networks and governments have to be capitulated.
Which is already active against USA-Pakistan-Afghanistan-Iraq-Iran and others who are camouflaging their smine network.

Africa en-trustworthiness is currently lacking for DPR RCR in Africa.
In order to succeed with helping the people in Africa, the en-trustworthiness has to succeed in sSOS against unauthorized and corrupt networks/ camouflages/ actions.
NASA is developing procedures to make sure all countries become responsible for helping the people in need, or to be rescued as one/ such.
