RCR 9 – A total from 460 Million to 800 million as in total of 1.260 Billion is now valid for Africa affected area’s in emergency + 4 Million people in Somalia have to be rescued to do so I have added 400 Million extra with the 1.260 Billion. This becomes a total of 1.660 Billion.

NASA: Together it’s  1.260 Billion. This now effectively active by NASA and no other so than NASA to rescue NASA-Networks in Africa of African suffering people in case of famine and Inanition and suffering.

Het geld is bedoeld voor onder anderen: bestuur, onderwijs en voedselproductie inzake redden van de Afrikaanse hopeloze toestanden en hen gezondheid tot zover dat nodig is.
NASA die hiermee bezig is, is in deze aansprakelijkheids-gebeuren verantwoordelijk om verantwoording af te leggen zodat de plechtigheid slaagt voor de suffering african people.
Cholera-epidemie moet aan de kaak gesteld worden, om zo maar een hele belangrijke voorbeeld te veronderstellen.
Het geld dat gebruikt wordt door NASA dient ook een bewijslast te hebben tegenover misbruik.
